1. Purpose Limitation & Data Minimization
FileStudio is a file processing utility. In accordance with 2026 Google Play standards, we practice strict data minimization. The application performs all file conversions and processing locally on your device. No source files, metadata, or processed output are ever transmitted to our servers.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or share:
Personal identifiers (Names, Emails, Phone Numbers).
Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID).
Location data.
Contacts or Media beyond what you explicitly select via the System Picker.
If you are a California resident, the following applies under the CCPA and CPRA:
Right to Know/Access: Since we do not collect your personal information, a request to know will confirm that no data is held by Operational Development Group.
Right to Delete: We do not store your data; however, any settings stored locally in the app can be deleted by clearing the app data or uninstalling the application.
Do Not Sell or Share: We do not sell or share personal information. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect or process sensitive personal information.
4. Data Retention
We do not retain user data on our servers. Local app settings are retained on your device until the application is uninstalled or cache is cleared.
Terms of Service
1. Software License
Operational Development Group grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use FileStudio for professional and personal file mastering purposes on your Android device.
2. On-Device Processing
You acknowledge that all processing power and storage used for conversions are provided by your hardware. Performance may vary based on device specifications.
3. Payment and Refunds
FileStudio is a premium, one-time purchase application. As per our 2026 standards:
All features are unlocked at purchase.
No subscriptions or in-app advertisements.
All Sales are Final: Due to the immediate delivery of digital mastering capabilities, we do not offer refunds directly. Platform provider (Google Play) refund policies apply.
4. Limitation of Liability
Operational Development Group is not responsible for data loss or corruption. Users must maintain backups of "Master" files before processing.
5. Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Operated out of Las Vegas, NV.
